About Patricia

"To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity." (Douglas Adams).  Those words ring especially true for Patricia Robel.  From a young age, she was taught the value of serving others by example, and how one simple act of kindness and generosity can turn the tide in someone's outlook on life.

Patricia was born in Baltimore and grew up in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC and later moved to the other side of the Potomac River and lives in Virginia.  A college internship landed her an Associate Producer position with a local ABC television affiliate.  She spent the next two decades immersed in media and marketing. 

In 2001, she decided it was time for a change.  She discovered that she could combine her creative side and business side if she turned to real estate. Patricia is known for three things she works hard to deliver to every client...a smooth journey, a simple process, and a home that gets sold.

Today, Patricia specializes in helping upsizers and downsizers who are in transition and need an experienced advocate.  She's highly communicative and caring, and has a simple mission to deliver well beyond what is expected.  She's known for remaining calm and confident while handling her client's expectations with clarity and ease.  She's a certified Relocation Specialist with intimate knowledge of the area and licensed in both Virginia and Maryland.  She understands the unique challenges faced when making a move. In addition, she's well connected with a large network of reputable vendors who can provide home improvements, decluttering and staging strategies focused on getting a home sold. 

When Patricia isn't taking a client by the hand, you can find her hiking one of the many beautiful parks in our region, sailing the Chesapeake Bay or catching a local blues band. She can count hundreds of clients who have become close friends, and relishes the trust and confidence they have placed in her throughout the years.
